XT Adapter No Lenses*
Our adapters fit all products provided on this site. Once you have ordered a pair of Rx Adapters you will need to fax, send by mail or email a scanned copy of your prescription to us before we can create your adapter. THE PRESCRIPTION MUST CONTAIN THE PUPILARY DISTANCE (PD) MEASUREMENT. The PD can easily be obtained from the office that made your last set of glasses.

100% MADE IN THE USA

Our Rx adapters are made out of Trogamid®, which we have never had a client break. We couldn’t break it ourselves.

**Trivex@ Lenses are the lightest optical lenses available and they are just as durable as Polycarb lenses.

***BiFocal – lenses with small, half Moon shaped reading area in the bottomset really low. Use for reading an enduro computer, odometer on dirt bikes or for reading a trail map while snow skiing.
